B’MORE PARTICIPATES IN ANUGA 2021
The current world situation has majorly affected many aspects of our lives; in regards to the industry – there has been a noticeable pause within the life-events, exhibitions especially…
Yet this year Anuga 2021 has returned with a so-called “doubly successful re-start”, where for the first time ever the event has been held in both life and digital format. Nordic Food not only has taken part in the exhibition but also has gained significant success, recognition and award.
Anuga is one of the leading global trade fair for the food and beverage industry, which traditionally took place in an international trade fair and exhibition centre Koelnmesse GmbH (Cologne, Germany) from 09th until 13th October 2021. At the same time, a digital format Anuga @home has taken place which has given an opportunity for meetings and connections for participants from all over the world. Here you can find out more about the exhibition – https://www.anuga.com/
With the support of AREI (Institute of Agricultural resources and economics), Nordic Food has been part of the Latvian delegation and within the life format has participated in the joint stand of drinks producers. Moreover, this year we have presented our two new products to the public, which are available very soon. One of these products brought us great success and the “Anuga Taste Innovation Show” Award!
B’MORE premium enriched shot-bottled water with plant stem cells culture is the winner this year. Plant stem cell uniqueness is a high nutritional value in the small volume, which allows developing smart future beverages and food. Nordic Food is a pioneering company in the production of food with plant stem cells. We are the first ones carrying out fundamental research to create an innovative solution that allows us to find out the most efficient and cost-effective plant stem cell procurement.
